2025 Flu Vaccine Clinic for Over 65s

Dear Patient,

Your flu vaccination has been ordered and is reserved for you at the surgery

We are holding a walk in clinic on
Wednesday 1st October 2025

Each year a free flu vaccine is offered to people who are age 65 years or over. We will be managing our flu clinics in a similar way to previous years. It is a very quick and easy way for you to receive your vaccination.

To ensure the safety of our patients and staff we will require you to follow the following instructions:

  • We will be operating a one-way system with the rear entrance to the building from Marks and Spencer's car park being the way in. You will exit via the front door on to Chapel Lane.
  • Please arrive at the times listed below for the first initial of your surname, we will still make every effort to accommodate you if you arrive earlier or later than the set times.
  • You may need to queue outside so please be prepared for this.
  • When you enter the building, you will need to remove your outer layers so that the top of your arm is exposed ready for your injection.

The flu clinic will be held at Chapel Lane Surgery.

Please attend the flu clinic on Wednesday 1st October 2025 at the allocated time for your surname:

A, B, C, D – 10:00am to 11:00am

E, F, G, H, I, J – 11:00am to 12:00pm

K, L, M, N, O – 1:00pm to 2:00pm

P, Q, R, S – 2:00pm to 3:00pm

T, U, V, W, X, Y, Z – 3:00pm to 4:00pm

If you cannot attend this date, please contact the surgery to book an alternative date. We will be holding extra flu clinics in the surgery at later dates for those who cannot attend.
